FUNDRAISING

The Land Train at Hope Nature Centre has always been enjoyed by families who come to visit our Animal Park. Unfortunately, our current train has been decommissioned and is no longer viable to repair. As a charity, we rely heavily on the kindness and generosity of businesses and the local community to support us. We need to raise £9000 to purchase a new train, so that families can enjoy this facility again when visiting for many years to come.

We have a Local Giving page setup to help raise funds for a new land train, so if you can give anything, no matter how small, it all counts.

LOCAL GIVING FUND

Visit our Local Giving Fund to make an online donation.

LAND TRAIN SPONSORSHIP

We are also offering businesses to sponsor the carriages and train for larger donations, so if this is of interest please email joel.pagett@ffc.ac.uk.

If you would like to make a donation here are some of the ways your money would be used:

  • The animals need food, well maintained shelter and regular vet’s attendance
  • Our pond was installed with inadequate drainage and now needs relining with correct vegetation to keep our ducks and geese healthy and happy
  • Our play equipment has been loved to destruction and needs replacing.
  • Our donkeys are looking for an upgrade to their stables

Every time you visit the animal park, enjoy one of our lunches, attend one of our events you are helping us to raise funds.

We are very grateful for any donation you can provide us. Just simply input an amount and fill in your details.
