Hope Nature Centre are unable to assist with animals in need of rescue or re‑homing. Our primary purpose is to provide work placements for young adults with learning difficulties who would find dealing such animals very distressing. The following organisations may be able to assist and/or offer advice:

WILTSHIRE WILDLIFE HOSPITAL

The Charity operates a rescue, care, rehabilitation and release service for wildlife, 24 hours a day, in and around Wiltshire.

THE LITTLE ZOO

The Little Zoo (based near Bradford-on-Avon) offers a refuge for unwanted and abandoned exotic animals. They may also be able to help with birds of prey, foxes and badgers.

BATH CATS AND DOGS HOME

Bath Cats and Dogs Home is a charity rescue and re-homing centre for dogs, cats and small animals in need. They look after Bath, North East Somerset and Wiltshire and are based in Claverton Down in Bath.

RSPCA

The largest animal welfare charity in England & Wales, aiming to help animals by preventing cruelty, promoting kindness and alleviating suffering by all lawful means. The RSPCA should be contacted to report animal abuse or neglect.

OAK & FURROWS WILDLIFE RESCUE CENTRE

A 24/7 wildlife rescue centre in Cricklade operating 365 days a year. They take in all orphaned, injured or sick British Wildlife with the aim to re-release fit and healthy animals back into the wild. Although out of this area their website has excellent advice and may be able to assist if you have been unable to obtain help from the organisations above.

ANIMAL PARK

Our Animal Park is set in 15 acres of the Southwick Country Park. Come and visit our animals including; Goats, Sheep, Pigs, Donkeys and much more.

CAFE

Our Cafe serves breakfast, lunch, snacks, hot drinks and a range of homemade cakes. We guarantee you'll always find something to tempt you.

OUR CHARITY

Hope Nature Centre is part of the Fairfield Farm Trust, which encompasses Fairfield Farm College in Dilton Marsh. The aims of Fairfield Farm Trust is to provide young adults with learning difficulties an opportunity to learn new skills to help secure employment.
