1. Over the past 15 years, the greatest challenge faced by the charity has been the functional inefficiency of its facility in terms of a lack of space, which has limited its ability to take on additional Service Users within the tearoom specifically.  This problem has only grown over the years, with increased numbers of young adults with learning disabilities wanting day opportunities and/or employment support work placements combined with growing public interest in the park and tearoom. We aim to obtain funding for the planned tearoom extension which will enable us to extend both the north eastern and the south western ends of the establishment for which full planning permission has previously been granted. The kitchen size is to be increased and the remaining area will be taken up by a new and improved staffing area.

2. We also plan to update the play equipment and include some special equipment for children with disabilities making us one of the only playgrounds in Wiltshire that caters for this group.

3. We are looking to actively identify and expand core Service User day opportunities and employment support placement programmes and services.

4. We aim to revamp our Fairy Wood area, introduce storytime sessions during the summer months, offer themed birthday parties and a schools activities programme all in the very near future.

5. We will be offering an animal sponsorship scheme for customers later in 2015.
